Gardening : Come back to a garden to relax in! We will maintain the garden from Spring until Autumn, mowing the lawn and weeding beds as well as paths and driveways. At the beginning and end of the season, we will carry out all of the necessary pruning and tidying.
Swimming Pool : Opening, closing and cleaning. We will open your pool as soon as the weather warms up and keep it in tip top condition all season, ready for you to jump in and enjoy. At the end of the season, we will drain down the pumps and filters and make sure the pool is ready for winter.

Property Inspection : For your own peace of mind, we will inspect your property regularly to make sure no damage has occurred while you have been away. This is particularly important after storms, severe frosts and prolonged periods of heavy rain.
When we have carried out our “Peace-of-Mind” inspection, we will prepare a detailed report of any damage – accompanied by photographs where necessary.

Letter Box Collection : when you are away we can empty the letter box and forward mail to your home address.

House Opening : Come back to a lovely clean and welcoming house. We can open up your property before you arrive, clean away the cobwebs, switch on the electricity,water,and heating and tidy the garden. Start your holiday on day one!
Minor Repairs : We can do any minor repairs during the inspection visit. For anything more serious, we will contact you immediately.
General Maintenance : Leave us a list of all of those irritating jobs and enjoy your holiday!
Maintenance Contracts : We will maintain your garden and swimming pool so that you can enjoy them and leave the hard work to us. We will carry out regular inspections to make sure that everything is functioning correctly.
Project Management : If you are having building work done and are not familiar with french building systems - or the french language! - we are happy to liaise between you and your builders to make sure that work is carried out to your requirements. We can report back to you weekly with photos so that you can keep in touch with progress. We also know what work should cost in this area and can advise you on any quotes!
Local representative : We take the strain for you.. We can advise you on reliable local suppliers and come shopping with you if you like!
Administration : The nightmare which is french paperwork need not worry you. Just scan and send to us anything you don't understand and we will advise you on how to proceed.
We are registered as a micro enterprise and therefore we do not charge you VAT on our services.
